Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Each visit you will give us a quick update us on your progress, Dr. Warren will check your spine and adjust you.  Each patient is unique and receives an adjustment based on their needs.  Our adjusting area is relaxing with windows and a beautiful view of our landscaping.  Then, many of our patients receive some physical therapy or massage therapy to decrease their "aches and pains", and help the muscles relax.

As you begin to improve and feel better, you may choose to begin "fix" care to help correct the "root" spinal problems which led you to our office with pain.  Patients who chose "fix" care will be instructed on correct exercises for their unique spinal problems.  Patients do these exercises with our help in the office, and we also give colorful, easy-to-understand exercise sheets for home.

Total care for you and your family:

  • Adjustments to help your spine function at it’s best
  • Physical Therapy to decrease pain and spasms
  • Massage Therapy to relax the muscles and improve their function
  • Fix Care including Spinal Corrective Exercises to strengthen weak muscles
  • Nutrition Counseling to help your body heal

Dr Don Asks some important questions of interest to Osceola residents - Chiropractor Osceola Dr Don Asks...

If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our Osceola chiropractic practice.
