Meet Dr. Zac Williams

A Life Changing Experience with Chiropractic Care

Dr. Zac Wililams
When Dr. Williams was just 13 years old, he suffered a spinal injury after diving into water that was too shallow. He felt a “snap” upon hitting his head on the bottom of the lake and he immediately lost feeling in his body. After a couple of hours, feeling to his feet and hands returned.

His parents took him to see Dr. Warren, and after doing a thorough examination and taking X-rays, he determined he was a viable candidate for chiropractic care over medical treatment. After his first adjustment, Dr. Williams fell in love with chiropractic care—not only did he find success with his injury, but he knew that it was something he wanted to pursue for life.

An Education in Chiropractic Care

Dr. Williams attended the renowned Life University in Georgia where he set out to focus on Chiropractic Biophysics as his main technique—a unique form of treatment that focuses on structurally correcting the curves of the spine. Dr. Williams maintained contact with Dr. Warren throughout his college career and eventually returned to Warren Chiropractic Center to finish his residency.

He’s happy to be back at Warren Chiropractic Center as a chiropractor, and as he puts it, “Dr. Warren and Dr. Obert are incredible physicians to work with—the entire team works well together and always puts the patient first.”

Spreading Chiropractic Awareness

Dr. Williams has a passion for helping his patients understand that chiropractic care can benefit people of all ages—from children to seniors and everyone in between. Often, he feels that young children are often overlooked as chiropractic patients because parents fear it’s too harsh of treatment for infant spines. However, pediatric care is always gentle—in fact, it takes just a small amount of pressure to adjust a child’s spine without any “cracking” sound.

Outside of the Practice

When he isn’t in the practice helping patients lead happier, healthier lives, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, his girlfriend Angela, and her son Dylan. Dylan is active in local basketball leagues and little league baseball, which Dr. Williams enjoys watching as often as he can. Dr. Williams is an avid Notre Dame fan, and enjoys making weekend trips to Chicago, especially to watch the Cubs play.
